Mazi Nnamdi Kanu’s health condition is seriously deteriorating at the DSS solitary confinement as effort has been made to cushion the effect of logistics imbalance excuses coming from the DSS Headquarters and Federal government of Nigeria. Why they are not doing the needful to safeguard the life of our leader they are criminally holding hostage against the Court of Appeal judgement that discharged and acquitted him of all the spurious count charges.

The Fulani government of Nigeria are biting more than they can chew and it is a well observe fact without being prejudice that we must write and also inform the government of the world policy making body like the United Nations and Amnesty International and Russian government etc.

Biafra Reporters are by this editorial sounding a note of warning more specially to educate the Fulani government of Nigeria who are deficiency in understanding democratic principles that should anything adverse happens to our leader, Somalia will be a paradise compare to the havoc that will rain in Nigeria. If there’s any valid reasonable fact why the Fulani government of Nigeria is still holding our leader incommunicado.

If the Fulani government of Nigeria have any concrete or valid evidence(s) against our leader – Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, reason why self-determination is a crime or maybe considered a crime against humanity, they should without hesitation tender it open for the world to see rather than criminally holding our leader hostage as a kidnapping government existing in this 21st century.

The Fulani government of Nigeria’s decision to keep holding our leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu hostage at the DSS – Abuja solitary confinement till now without any form of concrete evidence except outside the Nollywood Movies they are acting now to indict and tarnish our image before the world and what we represent as a nonviolence mass movement for self-determination.

The Abuja made governor of Imo State – Hope Uzodinma in his frustration recruited his own nephew to act as a captured ESN commander in his own desperation Hopewood movie industry while the 82 Division Enugu of the Nigeria Army in their own Nollywood Movies engaged her own staff to own to a confessional statement of being ESN female executioner; laughable as it sounds goes a long way to show us and humanity at large that we have defeated them hands down hence they resorted to cheap blackmailing and concoction of lies as news.

Since the Nigeria Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of [In]Justice – Abubakar Malami, and her principal filed for stay of execution, Biafra Reporters have waited for way too long and patiently expecting him and his Fulani cabals to tender whatever evidence in their possession before the Supreme Court of law and have legal counsels to contend with in a legal fireworks, but to our surprise they are running and at the same time shying away from their own court knowing fully well that in the last court judgement; the court of appeal prohibit any form of trial or trying our leader in any court in Nigeria faulting the extraordinary rendition of our leader which amount to international crime committed by tyrant Muhammadu Buhari’s rogue regime.

The Fulani government of Nigeria should seek for redress first by releasing the leader of over seventy million people 70,000,000 globally. That the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), chose the civil part of restoring back our Nation – Biafra, over the part of violence does not make us coward before the Nigeria government. The deliberate moves as being encourage by the executive branch of the Fulani government of Nigeria to silence the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra by introducing hunger strategy and denial of his medications can no longer be tolerated no more. Our legal counsels raised fund amounting to a million naira to cushion the effect of not giving his client the necessary treatment and the DSS refused and rejected the offer while our leader is dying silently without proper care and medical attention.

Fulani government of Nigeria cannot continue to keep the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra – Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, hostage while the same Fulani government of Nigeria is busy freeing batch by batch Boko Haram/ISWAP terrorists daily with Presidential amnesty and state pardon. Mazi Nnamdi Kanu have no business staying in solitary confinement until now as evidence has emerge which indicate or suggest that solitary confinement poses serious health risks to his person and from our research and findings, this is a well-orchestrated map out plan by the undemocratic government of Nigeria found in Africa where the government secretly induce the death of the prisoner or suspect to avoid exposure silencing dissent voices.

It has never been a universally accepted opinion anywhere in the world that people must assent/agree to be forcefully ruled in one country against their inalienable to self-determine their political space. Solitary confinement constitutes not just a mental health problem but also contribute to a physical health risk. Solitary confinement exacerbates well-documented physical health “symptoms” of long incarceration, because it disrupts the daily life routines of an individual, to undiagnosed, untreated, or mis-treated ailments that may gravely lead to death. From our findings these initial symptoms, in turn, produce other health risks and to the extent that respondents are accurately reporting on weight fluctuations, this physical symptom has detrimental health implications; weight fluctuation, itself, is associated with adverse cardiovascular and psychological outcomes.

The above sinister is what the Nigeria government wants to achieve by deliberately denying our leader access to a health physician and also not allowing/denying him access to his medications leaving him to die slowly at the DSS Headquarters. If anything, untoward should happen to our leader while in DSS solitary confinement, the Fulani government of Nigeria will have Biafrans to contend with and that is the glaring fact without mincing words. Mazi Nnamdi Kanu have no business staying in solitary confinement as the court faulted the manner, he was renditioned therefore the Nigeria government should act fast and release back to the free society and call for Biafra referendum as that is the only panacea awaiting the government.
