It is important to bring to the notice of humanity that 30th of May annually, is very sacrosanct in the history of Biafra and Biafrans. As that very unique date draws closer this month, Biafrans all over the world are warming up to accord it in line with irrevisible historical choice, definitive commemoration in memory of our heroes and heroines both dead and alive, who sacrificially put their lives on the touchline of death to protect/defend their fatherland and people. It could be recalled that the 30th of May Biafra Heroes/Heroines Remembrance Day, is a sacred annual event set aside to honor these Biafran freedom champions. Since the inception of this memorable event had it’s maiden edition in 2014, it has thus successfully remained epochal in modern Biafra history. It was established by Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, the courageous and highly dependable leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) globally, with the singular mandate and endorsement of the entire Biafran people. The people have nursed the ambition of having such an opportunity for over forty years following the genocidal war levied against them, which never materialized until the emergence of IPOB and her supreme leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.
Since 2014, Biafrans globally have maintained consistency with this annual event of 30th May, and respectfully have chosen not to urinate on the graves of these our gallant but fallen liberation warriors. This event is memorably enveloped in sober reflections on the sacrifices of our heroes and heroines, mostly with wholesome withdrawal from all activities (Sit-At-Home) across Biafraland. There exists virtually no human, vehicular or animal traffic/movement in Biafra territories. In the diaspora, Biafrans resident in different countries across the world, equally converge in their numbers in designated arenas to colourfully observe this event. For instance, those residing in the United States of America and other neighbouring nations will be gathering at Atlanta – Georgia, USA, to commemorate this year’s edition in a spectacular manner.
Therefore, if any fulanised political office holder in Biafraland in the mould of South-East Governors, Ohaneze Ndigbo and Ala-Igbo Development Foundation amongst others, attempts to desecrate that date in a bid to service the criminal interests of their Fulani slavemasters in Abuja and Sokoto by ordering any form of business engagement in Biafraland on that day, then such accomplices will be marked as enemies of the Biafran people. It is shamefully disgusting that the agents of the occupational Nigerian government besieging Biafra territories with their military, have maintained sealed lips against the IPOB pronounced general Sit-At-Home program come Thursday 30th May 2019. It is necessary to point out here that it is this same crop of political imbeciles cum socio-cultural snitches/saboteurs that are bent in their nefarious activities to prove to their slavemasters within the Sokoto caliphate that they are really working. But whatever shape or form their treacherous enterprises may appear to take, Biafrans know that 30th of May every year, is exceptionally marked as a day to commemorate the heroes and heroines of Biafra and that can never ever be compromised.
Biafrans on whose collective mandate IPOB designated 30th of May annually as Biafra Heroes/Heroines Remembrance Day, have always massively complied with the demands and events of this memorable day with great exception. 30th of May is a date with history wherein Biafrans globally, observe with passion and that remains sacrosanct.
