As at exactly 10. 09 AM, the IPOB members namely Mazi Benjamin Mmadubugwu, David Nwawuisi, Chidiebere Onwudiwe have arrived the court room and get sitted for the commencement of the trial of treasonable felony instituted against them with the missing Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. However, the proceedings is yet to commence as at the time of filing this report from the court of Nigeria Federal High Court Abuja presided over Justice Binta Nyako because the presiding Judge has not appeared in the court room. Family Writers Press’ correspondent in the court room reported that up till today Nigerian Army still refused to bring Mazi Nnamdi Kanu to court as Nnamdi Kanu was not sighted in the court room. Mazi Bright Chimezie Ishinwa whose name was added in the amended case file was not also sighted in the court room.
Also report reaching the Family Writers Press situation room from our correspondent in the court room has it that the health condition of Mazi Benjamin Mmadubugwu, one of the defendants who has been in detention since July 2015 on the order of Justice Binta Nyako without any trial till today is getting worse everyday. According to the report from our correspondent inside the court room, Mazi Benjamin Mmadubugwu can no more be able to stand erect while introducing himself in the court room. As it is, his obvious deteroriating health condition made the presiding Judge, Justice Binta Nyako to order the court clerk to bring a separate seat for Benjamin Mmadubugwu. It could be recalled that since July 2015 when officers of SSS commonly known as DSS arrested him, he has never gotten a satisfied medical attention as he continued being detained.
