The leader of the indigenous people of Biafra Dr. Nnamdi Kanu today Thursday, June 20, 2016, appeared before the federal high court Abuja for treasonable felony charges against him.
The healthy looking defiant leader appeared with a radiant smile and a wristband on his wrist with a caption ” I love Biafra”
Justice John Tsoho adjourned the case till the 25th September 2016.
the court earlier in April made a decision of trying him in secret after failing to provide credible evidence against him despite after two appeals court ruling to release him unconditionally which was blatantly ignored by the Nigerian government under the aegis of the directorate of state security service (DSS) headed by Lawal Daura under the government of Muhammadu Buhari who is currently under fire for certificate forgery.
